Our Online Return Policy

Please read the following steps to successfully return an item to Arizona Wig Boutique.

Step 1. Contact Arizona Wig Boutique and place an exchange or return order within 7 days of receiving the original order, explaining the reason for your exchange or return.

Step 2. Pack the item with all its original tags attached.

Step 3. Arizona Wig Boutique will contact you when your returned item has been received and Quality Control has performed their inspection.

Eligibility

Exchanges or returns must be in the original condition. Items must have the original labels and tags still attached, and be undamaged, unworn and contain no odor. Non-compliance with any of these items will result in a product not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchanges or returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. It is highly recommended to use USPS Priority Mail or UPS so shipments may be tracked.

Exchanges and returns are not allowed on customized or altered wigs, wig accessories, and liquids..

Returning Eligible Items for an Exchange or Refund

Customer is responsible for shipping back the original purchase to Arizona Wig Boutique. Shipping is not refundable. Consecutive exchanges (exchange of an exchange) customer is also responsible for all additional shipping charges for each exchange made.

No Refunds on Clearance/Sale Wigs. Clearance item wigs can be exchanged for store credit only, customer is responsible for shipping.

If Arizona Wig Boutique products are not used properly, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction. We offer education and training to help our customers learn how to use our products in the most effective way possible. Please call our customer service team so we can assist you with any questions.

Out of Stock Items. Occasionally, some of our products are out of stock. If an item is out of stock, we will make every attempt to reach you via email or phone to advise you of your options.

Stored Information

Arizona Wig Boutique values your privacy and takes the security of your sensitive information very seriously. As an added measure to our secure server, we do not store customer credit card information. Please know that Arizona Wig Boutique maintains the highest level of security and encryption to keep all information safe and will not sell, release or distribute any information you provide to purchase any products.
